Chanthou brings over 8 years of professional experience in education and international development, including 5 years with Plan International Cambodia, where she expertly managed high-volume operations, stakeholder communications, and international compliance. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Management at USEA, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional growth.
In her new role, Chanthou will focus on strengthening administrative operations and supporting student wellbeing within KEP, while ensuring consistency and effective support systems across our programs. Her professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and collaborative approach make her a perfect fit for our mission and values.
