SHINE continues its mission to bring the world-renowned Singapore educational experience to Cambodia. Founded in 2013, our goal has always been to make this high standard of quality education accessible to the Siem Reap community, and this is the foundation upon which SHINE was built. With humble beginnings, we have proudly grown to educate more than two thousand students within our Khmer Education and Language Education Programmes, while continuing to enhance and expand our offerings to include our new Early Years Centre, Global Assessment Certificate, General Business and General English Programmes.

Our vision is to be the leading educational institute in Siem Reap, offering internationally recognized academic programmes for lifelong learners of all ages. We strive to offer a holistic academic pathway from young toddlers all the way to educated professionals, to allow the Khmer people to achieve unprecedented success in their personal and professional lives, either in Cambodia or in an international setting.
