វិទ្យាស្ថានអប់រំ សាំងហ្គាពួរ (SHINE) ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់គោលការណ៍រៀបចំកម្មវីធីអប់រំសម្រាប់សិស្សានុសិស្ស ដោយផ្តោតលើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍គ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ រួមមានទាំងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍- បញ្ញា ស្មារតី ផ្លូវកាយ និអារម្មណ៍ ផងដែរ។ បន្ថែមលើមុខវិជ្ជាអប់រំកាយ (Physical Education) ដែលបានរៀបចំក្នុងកម្មវិធីសិក្សា ពេលនេះ មុខវិជ្ជាសិល្បៈគំនូរកំពុងត្រូវបានដាក់បញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងការសិក្សាក្នុងថ្នាក់នៃកម្មវិធីអប់រំភាសា (LEP) ផងដែរ។
សូមស្វាគមន៍ លោកគ្រូ ហម រិទ្ធ Hom Rith ដែលជាវិចិត្រករចាស់ដៃខ្មែរ មកកាន់វិទ្យាស្ថានអប់រំសាំងហ្គាពួរ ជាគ្រូបង្រៀនសិល្បៈគំនូរក្រៅម៉ោង។
កម្មវិធី Art @ SHINE នឹងមិនអាចរៀបចំទៅបាន បើគ្មានការណែនាំផ្តល់ជំនួយពីលោកគ្រូ Foo Kwee Horng សិល្បករសិង្ហបុរី និង Master Art ។ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាមានក្តីរីករាយ សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការស្ម័គ្រចិត្តនិងពេលវេលារបស់លោកគ្រូ ក្នុងការជំរុញការអប់រំសិល្បៈនៅកម្ពុជា។

Art @ SHINE
Singapore Helm Institute of Education (SHINE) embraces the holistic approach to children’s education, with an emphasis on the development of the whole student- intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In addition to the Physical Education designed in the school curriculum, Art is being incorporated into classroom learning of the Language Education Programme (LEP).
We welcome Mr. Hom Rith, a critically-acclaimed Khmer artist to the SHINE faculty as a part-time Art Teacher.
Art @ SHINE programme would not be possible without the guidance of Mr. Foo Kwee Horng, Singaporean Artist and Master Art Teacher. We are grateful to Mr. Foo for generously volunteering his time in advancing art education in Cambodia.
