It’s official!
Singapore Helm Institute of Education (SHINE) has received an official permission from the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport (MoEYS) to resume face to face classes with immediate effect!
SHINE newly-established Health Committee will work closely with SHINE Management to follow the Safety SOP from the Ministry and ensure the safety of each and every student in school.
We can’t wait to welcome our students back to school on 19th October 2020.

Although the number of coronavirus infections in Cambodia continues to be relatively low, the country has taken a heavy hit from the economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. SHINE continues another step further for our students and community. We are providing special discounts up to 20% and many more promotions in the academic year 2020-2021.

Thank you for those who took time to attend the Parent Teacher Meeting on the 3 March at SHINE. For those who could not be present, we made two major announcements. The leaving of our School Director, Ms Liesbeth Roolvink and the introduction of Summer School 2017 from 21 August to 15 September 2017.

SHINE has had the good fortune of Lies’ leadership as School Director since January 2015. Lies will be leaving SHINE at the end of March to continue her international consultancy work in the education sector. It is no coincidence that the last 27 months saw a rapid growth in SHINE’s programmes and student numbers and reputation as an institution of choice for Children Education and Business programmes. Through Liesbeth’ nurturing guidance, the SHINE team of teaching and support staff have been able to be the innovative institution of lifelong learning that we envision.
Thank you Lies and we wish you the best in your next adventure!
With Lies’ departure, I will assume the role of Principal supported by the dedicated ad strong management team and faculty.
SHINE Summer Schools – 21 August to 15 September 2017
SHINE will be offering an educational yet fun Summer School programme for both our Language Education Programme (LEP) and Khmer Education Programme (KEP). The dates have been confirmed and we are provide an update of details by end of April.

Happy International Children's Day from SHINE! We are closed tomorrow and we look forward seeing our students back on Thursday 2 June.
SHINE is excited to announce our 1st ever Educational Talk Charity Event on Saturday 23rd April starting at 6:30pm.
All proceed from this event will go to Angkor Hospital for Children to help them finish building their much needed new roof.
The cost of this event is $20 per person and tickets can be purchased at the door.
The event will be held at Grill Wine Café at Memoire D' Angkor.
This event will feature educational talks from Angkor Hospital for Children, Mr. Philip Kao (MD at Memoire D' Angkor), and Ms. Tan Seok Ho (Founder of Singapore Helm Institute of Education - SHINE). This event is for executives, business owners, GM’s, and managers wanting to learn how to engage and develop their top employees. There will also be food and drink, a lucky draw, and live auction.

Today at SHINE we are happy to welcome back after one week break all our students to start term 3. We also have some new students that joined our Children Education Programme. The teachers will welcome them and introduce them to the other students to make them feel at home.
