We expect the ICT Officer to be professional, committed, creative and share our passion of education. She/he is expected to ensure that the information, communication, and technology (ICT) in SHINE run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing software or set up any ICT hardware
• Troubleshooting different computer issues
• Determining and installing appropriate security measures
• Maintain a robust maintenance routine for hardware including Computers, Projectors, Printers and Photocopiers
• Ensure CCTV cameras are in working condition and report where there are problems.
• Support testing infrastructure, data integrity, and secure digital environments.

Qualifications:

• Cambodian
• University degree; Qualification in ICT
• Experience in managing networks and maintaining IT equipment. Pervious experience working in a private school environment will be an advantage.
• Proactive, having a positive mind-set, self-motivated, trustworthy, keeping confidentiality, and adaptable.
