Expectations:

To teach the English language to lower primary students using interactive and communicative methods. At SHINE, teachers facilitate learning across all language skills so that speakers of other languages are enabled to effectively communicate in English. This includes teaching English grammar, writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills, critical thinking and problem -solving skills. It may also include teaching pronunciation and accent reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University (Preferably in Education)
• TESOL/TEFL or CELTA certificate from a recognized programme
• Teaching experience in an EFL/ESL setting (preferably in Southeast Asia and Cambodia)
• General knowledge of IT hardware and software for classroom and school administration
